The 5-inch wide cartridge is compatible with the 9" Xyron Creative Station (Item 624632), as well as the 5" Creative Station Lite and all older versions of the Xyron XRN510 machine. By simply removing the adhesive cartridge that came loaded in your machine and replacing it with this double-sided lamination cartridge, you can now use your Xyron machine as a cold laminator. Since the material is on a continuous roll, you are not limited by laminate pouch size. Cold lamination does not require a warm-up time and does not emit any unpleasant odor. The laminate material adheres directly to your item, allowing you to trim your flat item right up to the edge. This five-inch cartridge is ideal for making flash cards, personalized bookmarks, preserving recipes, and much more. All Xyron cartridges can be stored when not in use, so you can easily switch between functions without worrying about using all of the material on a roll. Other refills for the Xyron 5" Creative Station Lite include permanent adhesive, repositionable adhesive, laminate/adhesive, and magnet/adhesive.

The two-sided laminate roll holds 18 continuous feet of material that uses an adhesive-based process, allowing you to trim up to the edges or through a document without peeling. The drop-in refill cartridges are easy to swap or replace in seconds, and you can use the built-in guides in a 5" machine (or the green width adapter flap in a 9" machine) to drop a new cartridge into place. Cold lamination works great on documents, photos, and much more, making it a versatile tool for creating helpful dry erase charts, protecting emergency information, or crafting educational games for the kids. The adhesive is non-toxic, acid-free, odorless, and photo-safe, making it a safe choice for a variety of applications.
